CurlyGoneCosmo #2! Week #1: I know I made a great decision!

Hey loves! So, Last week was the first week of Beauty School and boy was it exciting and exhausting at the same time.

The very first day was kit day also known as Christmas! We got to open our huge kit boxes which included everything from manikin heads to combs and textbooks. I didn't realize how awesome our kit was until I was welcomed with 2 huge boxes and a bag filled with supplies.

Day 2: I learned how to drape someone for shampooing as well as how to give a scalp massage. Next we practiced finger waving and pin curling! I'm struggling with the finger waves but its so much fun! Practice makes perfect right?

Day 3 consisted of the famous Marcel Iron! We practice 4 section parting, wand curls, roller setting and Marcel curls

To end off the week we had a creative competition. The theme was avante-garde/ runway hair! Here's what I came up with!

So far, I'm loving it! I am still adjusting to the long 12-15hr days but its all worth it in the end.
