Essence Magazine is officially 100% Black Owned as of 2018

New Year, BIG DEAL! @Sheamoisture founder Richelieu Dennis acquires @Essence, after 12 years of being owned by Time, Inc. As a result, the Essence Brand returned to a 100% black-owned independent company.
